www.taxi-dino.at provides services based on the following general terms and conditions, service descriptions and the price lists. Deviations from these conditions require the express written acceptance of www.taxi-dino.at. A contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by www.taxi-dino.at.

Scope of Services

The scope of services is determined exclusively according to the written order confirmation from www.taxi-dino.at or, subsidiaryly, according to the written offer www.taxi-dino.at. Information contained in brochures, service catalogs, price lists and similar information is only binding to the extent that it is expressly stated in these is referred to. Transport takes place in accordance with the regulations of the StVO and the PbefG. Passengers must adhere to instructions from www.taxi-dino.at or the chauffeur. If guests act against the instructions, or if they pose a threat according to the StVO or the safety of road traffic by interfering with the chauffeur, www.taxi-dino.at is entitled to exclude them from transport. In this case, www.taxi-dino.at charges the full fare including the fixed price or kilometer price and all ancillary and special services.

Airport Pickup (Airport Transfer)

Any change to the agreed pick-up time, regardless of the reason, must be reported to www.taxi-dino.at immediately. Damage caused by failure to notify us immediately will be borne by the customer.

Pricing

The prices include the statutory sales tax at the respective statutory rate. The prices valid on the day of the booking confirmation apply. Flat rate prices not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and only apply to the agreed travel date and rental period. Times and distances beyond this will be calculated according to the valid price list. Additional costs due to delays are borne by the customer, unless the delays are due to the fault of www.taxi-dino.at or the chauffeur. The fare includes passenger transport with normal luggage; Taking along bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

Payment Terms

www.taxi-dino.at reserves the right to charge a deposit of up to 50% of the total price before the start of the journey or to request a blank debit receipt from a valid credit card issued on www.taxi-dino.at before accepting an order. Remaining payments are due for payment within the deadlines stated on the invoice. The timeliness of payment depends on the receipt of the amount for unconditional disposal by www.taxi-dino.at. When paying by check, the claim is only considered paid once it has been fully credited. Payments are always used to settle the oldest debt. If the customer is in default of payment, www.taxi-dino.at will charge interest of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate, subject to the assertion of further damages caused by the delay. A reminder fee of €10 will be charged for the second and each subsequent reminder. The customer reserves the right to prove lesser damage.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be effective if they are made in writing or confirmed in writing by www.taxi-dino.at if they are verbally declared. The timeliness of written cancellations depends on access to www.taxi-dino.at. Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually agreed start of the trip are free of charge. In the event of cancellations, www.taxi-dino.at charges a portion of the basic trip price as compensation. This proportion is:

* 50% for cancellations up to 12 hours before the contractually agreed transfer

* 80% for cancellations up to 3 hours before the contractually agreed transfer

* 100% for later cancellations and if the trip does not take place.

www.taxi-dino.at charges expenses regardless of the timeliness of the cancellations if they have already been incurred. The customer is expressly permitted to provide evidence that no damage was incurred. www.taxi-dino.at reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part if the customer stops paying, becomes insolvent or, due to external circumstances, it can be assumed that the services are being used improperly, or the customer breaches the obligation under these contractual provisions.

Obligations and Liability of the Customer

The customer immediately informs www.taxi-dino.at of any change to his name, his (billing) address, his legal form and his bank details. The customer is also obliged to provide the necessary information about passengers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to provide immediate notification, he will be liable for damages that would have been avoided if notification had been made in a timely manner. The customer undertakes, even on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the service of www.taxi-dino.at, in particular

* not to disrupt or hinder the performance of the service

* not cause any damage

* not to violate criminal law regulations

* strictly adhere to the ban on smoking in the vehicle

* not to refuse to pay the fare.

If a customer violates the aforementioned obligations, www.taxi-dino.at is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the abuse of the service. In the event of a culpable violation, the customer is liable to www.taxi-dino.at for damages.

Liability of www.taxi-dino.at

www.taxi-dino.at is liable to the customer for damages – regardless of the legal basis – only in the event of intent or gross negligence or culpable violation of essential contractual obligations by www.taxi-dino.at, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Liability for injury to life, body or health is governed by statutory regulations. In the event of material damage, the liability of www.taxi-dino.at is limited to € 1,000.00 per passenger. There is a liability violation for the vehicles in accordance with the applicable general insurance conditions. The customer must take care of any additional insurance themselves. www.taxi-dino.at is not liable for missed appointments and their economic consequences, unless www.taxi-dino.at is responsible for these. This includes, for example, delays caused by:

* Traffic congestion, road closures

* Vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents

* Bad weather

www.taxi-dino.at assumes no liability to the customer or passenger for damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies exclusively to all legal relationships between www.taxi-dino.at and its customers. Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Vienna.

Partial Ineffectiveness

Should one or more of the above conditions be ineffective, the remaining conditions remain unaffected by the ineffectiveness. The statutory provisions take the place of ineffective clauses.
